Maturing Together In Christ
“They Devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."
Acts 2:42
Get Connected!
Becoming part of a new church and building relationships within that church can be a bit intimidating. Where does one begin?!!
Most often guests and those seeking a relationship both with Christ and our church family are introduced to us first in our worship assembly. When we meet for Sunday worship we do our best to get to know you. You will find greeters at our doors and people ready to introduce you to our church family. In addition to the relationships you will begin to build on Sunday mornings, we suggest you share in the following:
Care Groups
See the 'Care Groups' link under the 'Get Connected' heading. It is our hope that you will find a group that perfectly fits your needs and is geographically located in a convenient place for you to share in the blessings of fellowship with a Care Group.
Discovering Calgary Church of Christ
This Sunday afternoon session, lasting about two hours, will answer many of the questions you have about connecting with the Calgary Church of Christ. Ask Kelly Carter when the next Discovering Calgary Church of Christ session will take place, or listen for announcements about when you may attend one of these sessions. You will be glad you did!
Membership
Like most churches we have a process whereby those who wish to can become members of the Calgary Church of Christ. Below you will find the pertinent information about membership in the Calgary Church of Christ. The usual process for those new to us is for prospective members to attend the Discovering Calgary Church of Christ class on a Sunday afternoon.
Further Steps in Getting Connected
In addition to the above, our Associate Minister Jack Ashby is prepared to help introduce you to the ways in which you can both get connected and begin to serve through the ministries of the Calgary Church of Christ. Feel free to call him and discuss the ways in which you want to become involved in our church family.
